Our‬‭ Team

Tabitha McCoy, the Founder and CEO of Partnership Inspire, has been a leading figure in the college admissions and management industry since 2001. With over two decades of experience, she has successfully enrolled thousands of families in college advising and test prep courses. She dedicates herself to meticulously ensuring that students are fully prepared for their college journeys. After graduating with her Master's degree in 2007 from Southern Arkansas University and achieving her Principles of Management certificate from Johns Hopkins University she developed her skills in business management by working in the management industry.

Over the years, Tabitha has met with families daily on Zoom calls, carefully reviewing the specific requirements for their Ivy League schools and the Top 100 universities on their college list. Her commitment to providing personalized guidance and support is evident in the time she invests in each family. She has had the privilege of working closely with accomplished professionals such as physicians, lawyers, superintendents, vice presidents of Fortune 500 companies, and many others, often dedicating hours to each call to ensure that every family receives the attention and expertise they deserve.
